Iliya Ventsislavov Milanov (Bulgarian: Илия Венциславов Миланов) (born 19 February 1992) is a Bulgarian footballer, currently playing for PFC Litex Lovech[1] as a defender. His twin brother is Georgi Milanov, who also plays for the first squad of Litex.

Iliya Milanov began his career at Litex Lovech, together with his twin brother Georgi. In 2009 the manager Stanimir Stoilov registered the twin brothers to the main team. He took part in the pre-season friendlies.
Shortly afterwards, Milanov was called up to the Bulgaria under-21 team for the first time, making his competitive debut on March 3, 2010, in a 0–2 loss against Montenegro U21.
